Service Description

I am available to come to your home, lead any group/retreat style yoga sessions, or set up virtual session to help guide you through an hour yoga session. Here we will have breath work to help align you with your most powerful tool. We will work on Asana physical poses, and learn how to safely go in and out of postures. With each time we meet at the mat, we will begin to bring yoga into your daily life and help you build a healthy practice. $50 for 1 hour. Can purchase monthly packages.
